Terms of Service

1. Your account

You need an account to use the trainer. Keep your login secure and provide accurate details. You are responsible for activity under your account.

2. Plans and billing

• Free — Unit 1 lessons and simulator practice at no cost.
• Pro — $4.99 per month or $34.99 per year, unlocking all units, unlimited AI critiques and the final exam.
• Lifetime Access — $19.99 as a one-time payment granting permanent access to the same Pro features.

Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each period until canceled. Payments are handled by Stripe. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the period already paid for. Lifetime purchases do not renew. Prices may change, and changes apply to future billing periods.

3. Refunds

Refunds are handled case by case as required by applicable consumer law. If something went wrong with a charge, contact us and we will review it.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not share your account or resell access to the app or its content.
• Do not upload content you do not have the rights to, or unlawful or harmful images.
• Do not attempt to break, overload or reverse engineer the service.

5. Educational content

The simulator, lessons, AI critiques and certificate are educational tools. AI feedback is generated automatically and can be wrong or incomplete; it is not professional advice. The certificate reflects completion inside ShutterMaster and is not an accredited qualification.

6. Availability

We work to keep the app running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change, and maintenance or outages may temporarily limit access.

7. Termination

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.

8. Liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
